HELP TO BUY

 

The current Help to Buy equity loan scheme is ending in March 2021.

It will be replaced by a new scheme, which will run from April 2021 until March 2023 –

however, it will only be open to first-time buyers and have regional property price caps.

TIME LEFT ON CURRENT HELP TO BUY

 

With as little as a 5% deposit the scheme provides and equity loan of 40% in any London borough (or 20% if outside London).

 It’s only available on New Homes but you can be eligible whether you are a first time buyer or not.

Within 5 minutes we assess and qualify by asking straightforward questions, through inputting the data on the approved calculator issued by Homes England – the ultimate scheme provider. This sets the scheme parameters and, if you fit – you fit, that is it. Plus we will do all the paperwork on your behalf; including grant application, dealing with the developer and the solicitor; all this is included in our fee free promise. We cannot just complete your help to buy paperwork without arranging your mortgage.
